Club Aviva's Spring Break Camps cater to all ages and interests. Campers who sign up for the full week of Club Aviva Spring Break Camp will enjoy gymnastics classes, games, trampoline, arts & crafts, and theme activities. Campers may also participate in outdoor activities (weather permitting).

 

 Our camps are open to all children ages 3-12 years old. We will break the campers into group by age: 

 Ages 3-5 years old (Preschool Camp will participate in preschool specific activities)

 Ages 6 and up (May be split into more than one group depending on the number of children present)

 These age groups are set to ensure that all of our camp activities are age appropriate. 

 

What to bring to Camp: 

- Gym clothes (body suit or shorts/athletic pants and t-shirt)

- Running shoes, hat and sunscreen for outdoor play

- (Full Day Campers) 2 snacks and a lunch

- (Half Day Campers) 1 snack (lunch optional)

- (Preschool Campers) a change of clothes

 

Registration Information:

Registration may be done in person as the form requires a signature from the parent or legal guardian.   Please visit us during our regular scheduled office hours to register.  You can use the Contact Us form to send us an email if you would like any additional information.

 

Camp Times and Pricing Information:

Our 2010 Spring Break Camp will run 9:00am-5:00pm Friday, March 26, then Monday to Thursday, March 29 to April 1.  Campers have the option of participating all day or for half of the day. Half days are either in the morning from 9:00 am - 1:00pm, or in the afternoon from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Preschool campers participate in the half day camp only (9:00 am - 1:00 pm).

Daily Activities and Schedule:

  Throughout the day the children will be participating in various games, activities and crafts. Many of our activities are designed to allow children to improve their balance, coordination and physical fitness while having lots of fun at the same time! The children will often go on a short field trip down to a nearby park if the weather permits. 

 Snack Breaks (Preschool Camp):

Our Preschool Campers stop for a snack break at 10:45 am and a lunch break at 12:30 pm. Campers are responsible for bringing their own snacks and lunch from home. Please notify our office if your child has any food allergies that may be of any concern so that we can take the proper precautions. 

Snack Breaks (Ages 6-12):  

Our Kids Campers stop for a snack break in the morning at 10:45 am and a lunch break at 12:45 pm.These campers also stop for a break in the afternoon at 2:45 pm because it is important to let the campers recharge. Campers are responsible for bringing their own lunch and snacks from home. Please notify our office if your child has any food allergies that may be of any concern so that we can take the proper precautions.

 

Policies:

Club Aviva reserves the right to refuse admission or dismiss any participants from the camp, without refund. Club Aviva is a bully free zone and will not tolerate any such behavior. We also reserve the right to move campers to an age appropriate-group. 

Cancellation: Club Aviva reserves the right to cancel a camp by 5:00 pm one week prior to the start date. In such cases, all fees for a cancelled program will be refunded, or participants will be given the option of registering in another camp week.

 Refunds: Refunds will be given with a minimum  two weeks notice of cancellation. Pro-rated refunds are NOT given for days absent or for any other reasons, including injury or illness. All refund requests made two weeks in advance of the start of the camp MUST be submitted in writing and will be subject to a $20 administration fee.

Punctuality: Club Aviva is not responsible for children before or after camp times. Repeated early drop off or late pick up will result in cancelled participation without refund.

 Privacy Policy: Club Aviva protects your person information and adheres to all legislative requirements with respect to privacy. We do not rent, sell or trade our mailing lists. The information you provide will be used to deliver services and to keep you informed.
