Dear valued customers,
As you know, we have been closed since March 18 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our original plan, communicated earlier this month, was to reopen all of our regular programs on Monday, April 13 and to extend and adjust the calendar in order to offer the same number of classes as originally scheduled.
Since it looks increasingly unlikely that we will be reopening on April 13, we have made the decision to credit all customers for three weeks of classes and push the start date to Monday, May 4. If we cannot start at this time, Pre-Authorized Debit agreements for May will be cancelled and paid-in-full customers will be credited accordingly.
Credits will be placed in your iClassPro accounts once our facility has reopened. These credits can be used to towards any future class registrations. If the credits are used to register for Summer 2020 or Fall 2020 classes, we will offer an additional one-week credit at the time of registration. Customers who do not wish to keep this credit on file can request it be refunded minus a $10 admin fee.
In order to comply with the Government of BC recommendations, our business is completely closed. Since no staff are working on-site and we are unable to process refunds remotely, requests will not be processed until our facility has reopened.
This situation has been changing very rapidly and we understand how difficult this is for all of you. Shutting the business down has been very stressful as we think about our clients and our employees. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding during these unprecedented times. We will do our best to keep you well informed if this plan has to be further adjusted. We sincerely hope to see you all in the very near future.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made the decision to remain closed for Birthday Parties until the weeks of Monday, May 4. Unfortunately, this means your party will have to be cancelled.
Since you have already paid a deposit, there are three options for how we can proceed.
Option 1: If you would like to reschedule, please let us know the desired date and time and we will do our best to accommodate you. (Please contact us via email only.)
Option 2: If you would like to request a credit to be used towards a future party, camp or class. We will be happy to place this on your account. (Please contact us via email only.)
Option 3: If you would like to request a refund, we can process the refund minus a $10 admin fee. (Please contact us via email only.) Please note: Our offices are completely closed at this time. We are unable to process refunds remotely. Refund requests will be processed in the order they were received once our facility has reopened.
