Winterfest 2025 (no classes)

Club Aviva would like to invite your club to participate in our annual Winterfest Competition! This event will be held at Club Aviva’s 16,000 square foot facility in Coquitlam, BC. This is a friendly season warm up competition. Vault to hard mat into pit. Come try your new vaults... on our new vault!

We recommend you register early as we anticipate high numbers, and will be closing registration once we reach our max.

REGISTRATION: $140 by December 2, 2024

LATE REGISTRATION: $150 by December30^th, 2024*

*No guarantee of athlete gift

Payment must be received by December 2, 2024. Late registrants are not guaranteed a spot. No registrations will be accepted after December 30^th.

UP UNTIL December 30^th: refund less $25 admin fee

AFTER December 30^th: medical scratches ONLY (must be accompanied by doctor’s note), refund less $25 admin fee

No refunds for no-shows or on-site scratches.

Athlete Gift

The athlete gift will be a special Winterfest bodysuit!

Sizes must be submitted on Kscore by December 2nd, 2024

Late registrants are not guaranteed an athlete gift.

Team & Group Conduct
For all sports team and group accommodation bookings involving children under the age of 19 years, an organizer/coach/team or group representative must sign a Team and Group Conduct Agreement in conjunction with the guest room contract agreement. In the event that each guest room is paid individually, then the individual paying for the room charges must sign a Team and Group Conduct Agreement as well.
