Club Aviva runs fantastic parties for all occasions!

All of our birthday packages feature one hour of play time in the gym with one of our certified staff leading the children the whole time. For more information see the information on our one and two hour party packages below!

Two Hour Party

Our standard birthday package offers organized games and supervised free time on our equipment. The children will then be lead to a party room where they have food & cake, (food not included but outside food is welcome). Our gym features an enormous foam cube pit, bouncy air surfaces, and multiple rope swings. Children will be accompanied by a certified staff member throughout the 1 hour of gym time - let us do all of the work! follow by 45 mins in the party room, last 15 mins is cleanup and prep for the next party. If you need any help, our staff will be more than happy to help you.

Our parties include the following:
  • 20 minutes of games
  • 20 minutes on the Air Track
  • 20 minutes of free time on our equipment 
  • 45 minute in a party room - (Please bring your own cups, plates, napkins, cutlery & decorations)

Outside food is welcome and feel free to bring any additional food for the guests 

Please note:

You will not have access to your party room until the second hour of the party. Except 4:00 & 4:30 & 6:30 parties. However we are more than happy to set up pre-assembled decorations, including wall hangings, streamers, place settings and balloons. 

  • We DO NOT blow up balloons or assemble decorations.

Cost

Base Package $200+$50 party room for 10 children (including birthday child) 
aged 2 years and older, 1.75 hours in the facility
Deposit A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a party
Additional Children $20 per participant (no more than 20 kids)

TIMES

4:00-6:00 /  4:30-6:30 - Preschool only Age 5  & under
(No Trampoline are being used at these times)

5:00-7:00  /  6:00-8:00 -  Age 6 and Up

Parties with 15 or more participants will be charged a 15% gratuity.

Parties can be rescheduled with no loss of deposit up to two weeks prior to the date of your party. Parties rescheduled within the two week window will lose their original deposit and will be required to pay a second deposit. Any cancellations at any time, for any reason, will result in loss of the $75 deposit.

Availability

Check the Parent Portal for current availability. Please note, we often add additional time slots as the weekend fills up so the available slots may change.

Maximum Capacity

To ensure complete customer satisfaction, Club Aviva has a maximum of 20 children in the gym and 40 people total in the party room for our 1 hour 45mins parties. Please note we do require advance notice to accommodate very large parties and availability may be limited to only a few time slots per day. Also, parties with over 15 participants will be charged a 15% gratuity.  An extra staff member may be available when booking your party (advanced notice is needed), for an additional cost. (3-5 yrs old parties) With 10 kids or more an extra staff is needed @ $25 we do require 2 weeks notice. (6-10 yrs old parties) With over 12 kids an extra staff is needed @ $25 we do require 2 weeks notice. 

One Hour (Gym Only) Party

This birthday package provides children with one hour of organized gym time.  Children will begin by playing organized games before bouncing on our blow up Air Trak, followed by free time on the equipment.  Our gym features an enormous foam cube pit, bouncy air surfaces, and multiple rope swings. Children will be accompanied by a certified staff member throughout the entire one hour party - let us do all of the work! No Trampoline use for 6 and under for parties.
  • 20 minutes of organized games 
  • 20 minutes of Air Trak
  • 20 minutes of free time on our equipment 
  • Invitations will be provided upon request
