Team & Group Conduct
For all sports team and group accommodation bookings involving children under the age of 19 years, an organizer/coach/team or group representative must sign a Team and Group Conduct Agreement in conjunction with the guest room contract agreement. In the event that each guest room is paid individually, then the individual paying for the room charges must sign a Team and Group Conduct Agreement as well.
Cancellation: Please advise the hotel of any reservation changes and cancellations in writing. Cancellation of this agreement may be made up under the following terms: • Cancellation occurring less than 24-hrs prior to arrival would be charged 100% of the estimated guest room for the first night.
